Edouard is a member of Sheppard's French Desk and focuses his practice on both domestic and cross-border matters. He assists and advises public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
Professional and Educational Background
Edouard was born in Singapore to French parents, but grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. He is bi-lingual and obtained both a B.S. and M.S. in International Affairs at Georgia Tech before obtaining a J.D. at the UCLA School of Law. He leverages his international background to better understand his clients and their respective needs.
