DJ Lee is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm’s Silicon Valley office.
DJ has broad experience in patent matters across various practice areas and technical fields. He has represented both domestic and international clients before U.S. district courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in high-stakes patent disputes involving technologies such as semiconductors and contactless authentication. DJ has also advised clients on IP asset acquisitions in various contexts where he performed due diligence and drafted transaction documents. He also prosecuted patents ranging from mechanical consumer devices to AI systems and advised on strategic patent portfolio development.
DJ also actively represents pro bono clients. Most recently, he represented children in obtaining Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
