David's experience includes counseling on corporate formation and structuring, governance and operational matters, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, effectively managing due diligence investigations and navigating the transaction approval process. He has represented numerous buyers, sellers, investors and intermediaries in a variety of business combination, investment and buyout transactions.
