David concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions across various industries and asset classes. He represents purchasers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in real estate financings, acquisitions, sales and leasing transactions.
Part-time, he serves as a Cavalry Officer in the New York Army National Guard.
