David D’Amour represents lenders and investors in complex debt financing transactions nationwide. As co-leader of the firm’s Real Estate Finance team, he serves clients from the firm’s Orange County and New York offices.
Advising debt funds, private equity firms, insurance companies and banks in a wide variety of credit transactions, David’s experience includes mortgage and mezzanine financings, acquisition financings, asset-based revolvers and portfolio loans across all major asset classes.
In addition to structuring and documenting the origination of debt financings, David has extensive experience guiding clients through post-closing leverage transactions, note sales, asset management and workouts of loan facilities.
