With experience leading his clients through transactions ranging from the lower middle market to several billion dollars and beyond, he is widely recognized as a technician and dealmaker.

Cyrus provides both buy-side and sell-side representation, delivering strategic counsel to private equity funds, portfolio companies, independent sponsors, entrepreneurs, physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, health systems, managed care organizations, management services organizations and veterinary platforms.

Noted for his nationally prominent practice in ambulatory surgery center transactions, Cyrus frequently represents clients in private equity and strategic joint ventures across ASC-oriented specialties such as ophthalmology, gastroenterology, orthopedic surgery and dermatology.
