Connie L. Chilton is special counsel in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office.
Connie represents lenders, borrowers, investors in financial transactions including asset-based lending, capital markets, warehouses, securitizations and other complex transactions. Connie has experience with a wide range of debt financing types and a significant number of industries. She also has experience with the residential mortgage loan sector, including single-family rental backed securities, whole loan sales and securitizations.
