Coby Shirazi is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Coby represents private and public companies, private equity funds, and individuals in a wide array of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, entity formation, equity arrangement, and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Sheppard, Coby was a senior associate at a regional law firm and KPMG LLP, specializing in taxation of domestic and international corporate transactions.
