Christian Adriatico is special counsel in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office.
Christian is an experienced first-chair trial attorney and commercial litigator focusing on healthcare-related disputes in federal and state court and investigations. He has represented health plans, pharmaceutical companies, and insurance companies in all stages of litigation.
Before joining Sheppard, Christian served as a prosecutor for the Orange County District Attorney's Office where he first-chaired multiple jury trials and preliminary hearings involving general crimes, narcotics, healthcare fraud, and vehicular homicide. He was also a member of the Insurance Fraud Unit, where he prosecuted complex financial crimes aimed at defrauding insurance companies and government agencies.
