Charles Spiegel is an associate in the Real Estate, Land Use, and Energy Practice Group in the firm’s Dallas office.
Charles’s practice focuses on complex real estate transactions, including real estate finance, and acquisition and disposition matters. He has worked on behalf of borrowers, purchasers and sellers of various classes of real estate assets including multi-family apartments, single-family developments, commercial properties and mixed used projects.
Prior to joining Sheppard, Charles worked for ten years as a residential Realtor assisting clients in investment and personal real estate acquisitions. Regardless of the subject matter, Charles is focused on providing high-quality, practical solutions to transactional issues in an efficient manner.
Charles earned his J.D. from Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University. During law school, he interned at provided services to underserved members of the community through his work with the Small Business and Trademark Clinic. interned at a legacy commercial architecture and construction company headquartered in Dallas.
