Ce-Lai Powell Fong is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.
Ce-Lai represents clients in complex litigation and general commercial matters in federal and state court. She helps resolve claims of fraud, breach of contract, defamation, antitrust violations, and unfair competition. She is involved in all phases of dispute resolution including pre-litigation counseling, pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions, as well as through trial and appeal.
During law school, Ce-Lai served as Co-Chair of the Public Interest Law Fund and served as President of OutLaw, an LGBTQ+ affinity group. She also served as an At-Large Board Member with the LGBTQ+ Bar Association Student Congress.
