Bryan Wittlin

Overview

Bryan Wittlin is a litigator and trial attorney on Sheppard’s nationally recognized team representing clients in some of the most high-profile trusts and estates disputes in the country. He has extensive experience in matters involving probate, trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, financial elder abuse, conservatorships, and disputed accountings. Bryan's clients include trustees, families, beneficiaries, private professional fiduciaries, executors, heirs, conservators, and nonprofit organizations. His trusts and estates matters often involve related civil claims concerning real estate, entertainment, securities, intellectual property, and partnerships, and he collaborates with estate planning, real estate, and corporate attorneys on litigation matters.

Bryan is actively engaged in the trusts and estates community. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), Trusts & Estates Section, and is also a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Bryan regularly speaks on developments in probate and trusts and estates.

Bryan is also a member of Sheppard’s pro bono committee and has drafted Amicus briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of pro bono clients.
