Bryan Lanfranco Ferreyra is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Century City office and a member of the Healthcare industry team.
Bryan focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, with a particular emphasis on healthcare organizations. He represents clients in connection with acquisitions, strategic investments, platform formations, and other complex corporate transactions.
Bryan regularly assists clients throughout all phases of a transaction, including transaction structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, disclosure schedule preparation, coordination of specialist workstreams, and transaction execution through signing and closing. His experience includes physician practice transactions, ambulatory surgery center transactions, healthcare platform investments, carve-out transactions, and joint venture formations.
Prior to practicing law, Bryan held project management and implementation roles with technology and healthcare companies, where he managed complex operational initiatives and stakeholder-driven projects. This experience provides him with a practical perspective on transaction execution and business operations.
Bryan received his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and graduated Order of the Coif.
