Bryan Lanfranco Ferreyra is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the firm's Century City office and is a member of the firm's Healthcare team.
Bryan focuses his practice on acquisitions, general corporate matters, and compliance matters primarily in the healthcare space. Bryan's experience includes corporate formations, drafting transactional documents, and conducting due diligence investigations.
Prior to his legal career, Bryan worked in project management for several healthcare IT companies, and he brings this experience to his practice. During law school, Bryan served on the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and earned Order of the Coif recognition upon graduation.
