Brennan Gumerove is an associate in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group and a member of the Energy and Infrastructure Team in the firm's New York office.
His practice focuses on finance and related transactions across the energy and infrastructure market, helping clients structure and execute complex deals from diligence through closing.
Brennan advises sponsors, developers, lenders, investors and other market participants on project financings, tax equity and other financing structures, as well as the ancillary documentation and credit support arrangements that accompany these transactions. He has significant experience in the renewable energy sector, supporting financings tied to the development, construction and operation of renewable energy projects. Brennan has equally significant experience in LNG financings, bringing deep familiarity with the diligence and risk-allocation considerations that arise in large-scale energy infrastructure transactions.
