Brandon Faus represents commercial banks, private credit lenders, and corporate borrowers in a variety of structured finance, asset-based lending, and other capital markets transactions. Brandon has experience with a broad range of asset classes and industries, with specialties in warehouse facilities secured by residential and commercial mortgages and other receivables. Brandon also represents buyers and sellers engaging in the purchase and sale of loans and loan portfolios.
Brandon also has experience structuring and negotiating loan workouts and forbearance agreements, including the sale of such loans to third parties.
Prior to joining Sheppard, Brandon enjoyed a decade-long career as a banker serving in both a business development and credit risk management capacity. He has extensive experience working with residential mortgage lenders in warehouse and correspondent lending transactions.
Brandon is the lead associate on the firm's Mortgage Banking Team and a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee.
