Brandon Buck is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Dallas office.
Brandon advises clients in intellectual property law, including patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, patent litigation, and other intellectual property litigation. His patent prosecution experience includes preparing and successfully prosecuting patents regarding artificial intelligence, software, vehicle software and systems, and medical devices. In addition, Brandon has experience advising clients regarding patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate.
Brandon previously worked at an engineering firm that specializes in rapid prototyping and then as a patent agent before becoming an attorney.
