Blake Lawless is special counsel in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Blake practices in the areas of finance, real estate and corporate law. He advises institutional lenders, investors and businesses on real property secured financing, acquisitions and dispositions, development and leasing.
Blake received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the UCLA Law Review and was a member of the Real Estate Law Association and Business Law Association. Prior to law school, Blake earned his B.A., summa cum laude, in Communications Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
