Blaine Valencia is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Century City office, with a focus on private wealth and fiduciary litigation. Blaine's practice includes representing fiduciaries, trustees, estate executors, high-net-worth individuals and their entities, and charitable institutions in proceedings involving will, trust, and estate disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and elder abuse claims, conservatorships, trustee accounting matters, and more.
Blaine also has experience in general commercial litigation, government investigations, and civil enforcement proceedings, having represented corporations, nonprofit entities, and shareholders in various matters.
Before practicing law, Blaine graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law where he was an Articles Editor for the California Law Review. Blaine also previously served as a judicial law extern for the Supreme Court of California
