Benjamin Speizman is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s New York office.
Ben is a member of the Capital Markets group and his practice focuses on capital raising transactions for public companies. His experience includes representing both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, private investments in public equity, and shelf registrations and takedowns. Ben also advises clients on their reporting obligations under the Exchange Act, NASDAQ, NYSE, and FINRA.
Ben graduated from Fordham Law School where he was placed on the Dean’s List, was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, and participated in the Securities Litigation and Arbitration Clinic. Ben was also a Judicial Intern for Judge Suzanne Adams of the New York State Supreme Court.
