Ariela Pier Segal is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office. She is also a member of the firm's recruiting committee.
Ariela represents clients in a variety of commercial and business litigation matters in both state and federal court. Her experience includes business disputes, breach of contract and business tort actions, securities litigation and real estate disputes.
Ariela is experienced in all aspects of California and federal civil procedure, including filing and responding to complaints, conducting discovery, motion practice and appellate practice. Ariela also volunteers her time to various pro-bono causes. She is fluent in Spanish and has worked closely with Spanish-speaking clients in asylum cases and special education matters.
