Recognized for his expertise in transactions in highly regulated sectors such as healthcare, consumer health, and food and beverage, Ariel leads multidisciplinary legal teams, leveraging Sheppard’s nationally ranked industry practices to deliver tailored, strategic advice and solutions for clients, ensuring their unique objectives are achieved from deal inception through closing.
