Anna Jane Zarndt is special counsel in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office.
Anna Jane has extensive experience in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts and has successfully defended cases for financial institutions, healthcare companies, real estate stakeholders and global retailers through all stages of litigation, including jury trial. She has substantial experience handling high-stakes, “bet-the-company” matters, including class actions and coordinated mass arbitrations.
In addition to her litigation practice, Anna Jane advises clients in pre-litigation strategy, internal investigations, policy and procedure development, compliance audits, mediation, and early dispute resolution. She works closely with clients’ legal, compliance, marketing, employment, operations, and technology teams to develop and maintain practical regulatory and compliance frameworks. She also regularly advises clients on regulatory matters involving infrastructure and consumer affairs, including state and federal compliance issues.
