Amber Odell supports corporate legal teams at Sheppard on a range of mergers and acquisitions and securities matters, working with private companies across healthcare, technology and early-stage growth sectors, as well as public financial institutions. She contributes to transactional processes and SEC compliance work, including proxy filings, stockholder meeting matters and NYSE and NASDAQ compliance.
Amber brings strong organizational skills and clear communication to every matter, helping teams move efficiently through complex corporate and commercial issues. Her prior background in business development at a med-legal company strengthens her ability to translate legal concepts into accessible, practical terms.
Prior to Sheppard, Amber cheered for New Mexico state University.
