Alyssa is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group at the firm’s Century City office. She works with clients on a range of corporate, energy, and nonprofit matters.
Corporate Transactions: Working on mergers, acquisitions, corporate formations, and capital raising deals.
Energy: Supporting renewable energy project finance transactions, including debt and tax equity financing of wind and solar energy facilities.
Nonprofit: Providing guidance to tax-exempt organizations on compliance, governance, and operational matters to help them maintain their tax-exempt status.
