Alex Moreno litigates business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts, including appeals in the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit. He represents clients in the banking, finance, real estate, mortgage, technology, restaurant, energy and healthcare industries. He is managing partner of the San Diego office.

Alex is also experienced in private dispute resolution and arbitration, including advising clients on how to minimize the risk of mass arbitrations. If a client is already facing a threatened mass arbitration, Alex helps turn the tables by either fighting or resolving early.
Alex lived for two decades in Mexico and Spain and applies his familiarity with Latin American culture to successfully solve legal disputes for Latin American clients. He has successfully resolved labor disputes involving primarily Spanish speaking workforces and has led fact gathering investigations for U.S. companies with factories in Latin America.
In addition to his litigation practice, Alex advises start-up companies on corporate governance.
As part of his pro bono work, Alex has successfully obtained guardianship for immigrant minors. He also regularly advises charities and public interest groups on regulatory and dispute resolution matters.
In his free time, Alex enjoys physical fitness, gardening, traveling internationally, exploring local restaurants and spending time with his wife, daughter and two cats.
