Sheppard is pleased to announce that Steve Hollman was elected to the District of Columbia Bar’s Board of Governors for a three-year term beginning July 1. Hollman was among five appointments made to the Board, as announced by the D.C. Bar following its annual elections.
With more than 124,000 members in all 50 states and in more than 80 countries, the DC Bar works to safeguard the professional interests of its members, foster and maintain the high ideals of integrity and learning and advance access to justice in the District of Columbia. The D.C. Bar is governed by a Board of Governors who advise and assist the President of the Bar with respect to policy matters, as well as serve as the Board of Directors for the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center.
All newly elected officers, board members, and delegates will be recognized at the D.C. Bar's Celebration of Leadership on June 18 at the Westin DC Downtown hotel.
