Sheppard’s New York office ranked #24 among the “Best Places to Work in New York City” by Crain's New York Business. This is the thirteenth time the firm has been ranked on this list.
The annual list is based on a research-driven assessment conducted by Crain’s in partnership with Best Companies Group. Participating employers complete a questionnaire on their policies, practices and benefits, while employees provide confidential feedback through an engagement and satisfaction survey that measures areas such as leadership, culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, training and development, pay and benefits, and overall engagement.
