Sheppard Mullin’s Dallas office has once again been named among the “Best Places to Work” in North Texas by the Dallas Business Journal (DBJ).
The firm ranked #21 in the medium category, which recognizes companies with 50-249 employees based in Dallas.
This is the fifth time Sheppard Mullin has been recognized as a Best Place to Work since the Dallas office opened in 2018. The firm was highlighted for its benefits such as Homethrive, which provides personalized support to caregivers, and Lyra, a workforce mental health benefit provider.
Companies are selected based on anonymous employee surveys measuring areas such as leadership, culture and benefits.
