Sheppard received two Deal of the Year Awards at M&A Advisor’s 17th annual International M&A Awards. The annual awards celebrate the leading professionals, firms, transactions, restructurings, financings and products and services that define global dealmaking. Winners were announced at M&A Advisor’s 2026 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit in September 2026.
Sheppard was awarded Deal of the Year for advising Owens Design in its sale to Automated Industrial Robotics Inc. The team that represented Owens Design was led by Aytan Dahukey, Keren Baruch and Anushna Das.
The firm received the Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year recognition for its representation of Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company in its sale to Industrial Realty Group LLC. The Sheppard team was led by Stephen Cohen and included Richard Friedman and Michael Blane.
