Rocky Delgadillo and Alan Feld were selected as 2026 Commercial Real Estate Visionaries by the Los Angeles Times for its Commercial Real Estate Trends, Updates & Visionaries magazine. The annual special edition spotlights professionals within the commercial real estate sector and features industry trends and updates.
Delgadillo was recognized for representing owners and developers in regulatory matters for more than 30 years. Recently, he helped secure approvals for Extra Space Storage’s conversion of unincorporated county territory to indoor parking and resolved a 2025 investigation into trash-fee charges at Equity Residential’s Milano Lofts.
Feld was noted for advising clients on distressed commercial real estate assets and handling complex restructurings. Recently, he advised on the default, receivership, foreclosure and disposition of the 1.4 million-square-foot Westfield San Francisco Centre, and on the restructuring and maturity extension of the loan secured by 211 Main, the former Charles Schwab headquarters.
Those selected as 2026 visionaries were nominated by their colleagues and peers and selected by the L.A. Times B2B Publishing stakeholders for demonstrating leadership, an ability to impact change and overall success during the last 24 months.
