Paracha, who was promoted to partner in March 2026, serves as lead counsel on high-value, complex real estate transactions nationwide. Recently, she represented Public Storage in connection with the $1.35 billion acquisition and due diligence of a 144-property self-storage portfolio spanning multiple U.S. states, among other transactions.
