Lorna Tanner was named Patent Prosecutor of the Year (West) in the 2026 Managing IP Americas Awards program, which recognizes the remarkable accomplishments and developments achieved by firms and individuals in intellectual property law over the past year.
Brad Graveline and Steve Korniczky were also shortlisted for Patent Litigator awards, and the firm was shortlisted in the following categories: Firm of the Year in Trademark Disputes (National); Firm of the Year in Patent Disputes (Regional: West); and Firm of the Year in Trademark Disputes (Regional: West).
