The Recorder selected Sheppard’s Intellectual Property practice as a finalist for “Tech Industry Litigation Department of the Year as part of the 2026 California Legal Awards program. The awards recognize firms that have obtained significant litigation results in the technology sector. Sheppard was shortlisted for successfully defending patented technologies for clients like Amazon, Netflix and TikTok.
Winners in each category will be announced on June 24, 2026.
