Elliot Hinds and Linda Igarashi were named 2026 “Legal Visionaries” by the LA Times. The annual list highlights lawyers who “exemplify a forward-thinking approach to the law, elevating both their profession and the people who depend on it,” according to the publication.
Hinds was highlighted for driving major M&A and financing transactions for renewable energy projects. He recently represented Nautilus Solar in nationwide community solar developments and Hanwha in a strategic framework covering a pipeline of solar and energy storage projects.
Igarashi was recognized for spearheading high-stakes corporate transactions for public and private institutions. The LA Times noted her representation of Pathward Financial in the multi-million-dollar sale of its commercial insurance premium finance business and her work guiding Inneo through various strategic portfolio acquisitions.
