Sheppard ranked #2 among Commercial Property Executive’s 2026 list of Top Real Estate Law Firms. According to Commercial Property Executive, the top 10 ranked firms are “positioned to support commercial real estate through a year shaped by capital stack restructuring, the growth of data centers, a bifurcated office market, a rebalancing industrial sector and policy uncertainty.”
Sheppard was noted for playing a key role in several major real estate transactions such as Lendlease’s carveout sale of its New York and New Jersey construction operations to Consigli Building Group Inc., which included a pipeline of construction projects valued at more than $1.8 billion.
The 2026 rankings were compiled using self-reported data from law firms on their real estate activities between October 2024 and September 2025.
