Aytan Dahukey and Jordan Hamburger were named 2026 Private Equity Visionaries by the LA Times. The 2026 honorees “represent the premier architects behind middle-market liquidity, corporate turnarounds and enterprise transformation,” according to the publication.
Dahukey is an experienced transactions lawyer who focuses on middle-market private equity and mergers and acquisitions and deals, with particular depth in the healthcare industry. He recently advised Valkyrie Clinical Trials in its strategic partnership with Flourish Research, a leading multi-site clinical trial organization, among other growth-defining transactions.
Hamburger is co-leader of Sheppard’s 300-attorney Private Equity team. He advises private equity firms, corporations and entrepreneurs across aerospace and defense, healthcare and financial services. He recently represented NEOTech in its sale to Arkview Capital.
