Sheppard Mullin advised Keefe, Bruyette & Woods as lead placement agent in connection with Five Star Bancorp (Nasdaq: FSBC)’s private placement of $75 million of subordinated notes. The net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including the redemption of existing subordinated notes.
