Sheppard represented Carolwood L.P. in its acquisition of the print directories business of Thryv Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: THRY). The transaction encompasses Thryv's Print Yellow Pages and White Pages businesses in the United States, Australia and New Zealand, the digital editions of those print directories and Australia White Pages online.
