- Represented Wpromote, a leading digital marketing company and portfolio company of Shamrock Capital, in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Metric Digital, LLC, a New York-based digital marketing company focused on consumer product brands. This acquisition is the latest in a string of bolt-ons for Wpromote and gives them a foothold in the prominent New York City market. The transaction was accomplished on an accelerated time frame and involved a mix of stock and cash consideration.
