Sheppard represented Adaptive Dynamics, Inc., a U.S.-based developer of advanced anti-jamming and interference mitigation technologies for mission-critical communications, in its acquisition by DTC Communications, Inc. (DTC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Codan Limited (ASX: CDA). The transaction was announced on May 22, 2026, and closed on July 31, 2026.
Adaptive Dynamics brings more than two decades of experience developing advanced algorithms and radio frequency technologies that enable reliable communications in congested and contested electromagnetic environments. The company's expertise in interference cancellation, signal enhancement and adaptive filtering will complement DTC's Spectrum Overmatch capabilities and strengthen the resilience, spectral efficiency and mission assurance of communications systems for defense and national security missions.
