Sheppard represented TRP Infrastructure Services, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, in connection with the acquisitions of Interstate Barricades & Markings, Alamo Roadway Materials, Traffic Control Products Co., DIJ Construction and Batterson LLP. TRP supports the maintenance of America’s roadways through hundreds of infrastructure projects each year, and these acquisitions will enable TRP to better service its customers across the Southeast United States.
The Sheppard deal teams were led by Frank Bacelli and Wes Fischer and included Shinduk Seo, Lauren Ash, John Woodrum, Ines Briand and Maeve O’Leary.
