Sheppard's Corporate practice represented Tredence, the world’s leading AI and data science solutions company, in its acquisition of KMK Consulting, a Morris Plains, NJ–based company that transforms complex data into actionable insights through tailored analytics and sales solutions for pharmaceutical organizations.
The acquisition expands Tredence’s Healthcare and Life Sciences business, combining KMK’s more than 20 years of biopharma domain experience, including work with eight of the world’s top 10 pharmaceutical companies, with Tredence’s agentic AI and data engineering capabilities across the full molecule to market journey. It also strengthens Tredence’s position within the Veeva ecosystem, which a majority of pharmaceutical companies rely on for commercial operations.
