Sheppard served as U.S. transactional counsel to Canada-based Bios Wellness Clinics in its acquisition of Denver-based Gleam Medical Spa. The transaction marks Bios’ first U.S. clinic acquisition and represents the latest milestone in the company’s expansion across North America.

Gleam Medical Spa is a leading Denver medical spa and provider of aesthetic and wellness services, including laser hair removal, hair restoration, body sculpting, IPL photofacials, microneedling and other advanced skin and body treatments. The acquisition expands Bios’ footprint into the Denver market and underscores its continued momentum following a period of accelerated growth from one clinic in June 2024 to 12 clinics across Canada and the U.S.
