Sheppard represented Altana in its acquisition of Cervo AI. The transaction creates an end-to-end AI solution for customs brokerage by combining Altana’s trade intelligence platform with Cervo’s customs automation technology. The combined platform helps logistics providers and importers streamline compliance and cross-border trade workflows.
With a customer base that includes eight of the world’s 10 largest logistics providers, Altana connects importers, suppliers and governments through its trusted trade network.
