Sheppard advised Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd., a leading global technology manufacturer, on international regulatory matters in connection with its Hong Kong $3.1 billion initial public offering, the largest Hong Kong IPO of 2026 to date.
Proceeds are expected to be used for scaling automotive electrical architecture and cable harness production following Luxshare’s April 2026 acquisition of Leoni AG, while also funding AI hardware and data center module research and development and smart factory upgrades.
The firm provided counsel on complex international sanctions, export control, tariff and outbound investment regulatory issues associated with this significant capital markets transaction, further demonstrating the firm's experience helping multinational companies navigate cross-border regulatory requirements in high-profile public offerings.
The Sheppard team included Curtis Dombek and Michael Zhang.
