Sheppard advised Los Angeles-based Nationwide Legal, a premier provider of critical litigation support services to law firms, in a strategic investment from private equity firm CIVC Partners.
Founded in 2007, Nationwide Legal focuses on service of process, court filing, subpoena services and court reporting. The investment is expected to support the company’s organic growth initiatives and acquisition strategy.
