Senior Associate Fatema Merchant is interviewed on working in BigLaw, choosing to wear traditional Muslim hijab in the office, and dispelling misconceptions about Muslim women by creating a dialogue.  According to Merchant, “This is one of the only countries where we can be who we are and still belong to American Society.”
