Sheppard Mullin Elects New Chair, as Halgren Plans to Step Down

Sheppard Mullin announced the nomination of Luca Salvi to take over as Chairman of the Executive Committee for Guy Halgren following a widely successful 20 year run. Halgren, who plans to transition to a part-time role in 2022, described Salvi as, “very trusted and he’s got a way of connecting with people. He’s very authentic and he’s a consensus-builder. From watching him on the executive committee, and from when he ran an office and a practice group, you can tell that that’s the way he operates. He listens, incorporates all those thoughts and comes up with a consensus.”
