Sheppard Mullin Real Estate partner Jodi Stein represented Turnbridge Equities in zoning for the Bronx Logistics Center, the first and only distribution warehouse on the East Coast to earn LEED platinum status and one of only nine in the country to do so.
In a Law360 article covering the Center’s LEED certification, Stein was quoted, “This was a complex property that required the subdivision of zoning lots and creation of new tax lots in order to facilitate the development.”
