This program will present a broad overview of the issues that commercial real estate developments commonly face. Topics may include: common development structures (including CIDs and ground lease structures), CC&Rs/REAs, rights of anchor tenants, financing new developments (both debt and equity), leasing considerations, and basic construction issues. Although the program is intended to be a 101 level introduction to real estate developments and geared towards practitioners with less than 10 years of experience, all are welcome to attend.
